Deposit & Cancellations
Our deposits are non-refundable, however should something happen that requires you to cancel your reservation, we will transfer the deposit to a future reservation as long as we receive notice within 60 days. The transfer of the deposit may only occur within 12 months from the original reservation start date. Alternatively guests may choose to pull in their reservation to a closer date than the original reservation.
We prefer payments in cash or check, however we will accept your Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard.
If you wish to pay with credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total invoice.
Guests are responsible for all damages to Weslake Resort property.
SORRY, NO CAMPING! - Unfortunately we are not permitted by the State of Minnesota
All base lodging charges are payable in full at time of arrival.
Pet Policy
$100 deposit per pet per reservation - please limit to 2 pets
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests (including our four-legged ones!), we kindly ask that you follow these pet-friendly guidelines:
Mindful Barking: Please help maintain a peaceful atmosphere by keeping barking to a minimum.
Restricted Areas: For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the swimming area, playground, or office.
Clean-Up Courtesy: Kindly clean up after your pet right away and dispose of waste in a sealed bag in the trash bins provided.
Leash Up: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside your cabin or RV.
Vaccinations: All pets must be current on their vaccinations.
Furniture-Free Zone: To help keep our cabins clean and allergy-friendly, please keep pets off the furniture.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests (including our furry ones!), we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended at any time, unless they are securely placed in a kennel for a short period.
Guests are kindly reminded that they are responsible for any damages that may occur during their stay. We appreciate your care in helping us maintain a beautiful and comfortable environment for everyone.
Resort Safety Policy
Guests use the lake and all resort facilities at their own risk. Swimming, boating, and other water activities are unsupervised, and no lifeguard is on duty. The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. By accessing the lake or resort grounds, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior.
