Reservation Confirmation, Deposit & Cancellations

  • ​All reservations must be confirmed by deposit within 30 days from the date your reservation is made, or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Written confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of your deposit. â€‹

  • All of your visitors must register at the office (Minnesota state requirement).

  • Our deposits are non-refundable, but, should something happen that requires you to cancel your reservation, we will transfer the deposit to a future reservation as long as we receive notice within 60 days. The transfer of the deposit may only occur within 12 months from the original reservation start date. Alternatively guests may choose to pull in their reservation to a closer date than the original reservation.

  • Day-of-Boat Reservation Cancellations: Weslake Resort reserves the right to keep the original deposit for the reservation.

Cabins 1-8: $500/stay
Cabins 9-12: $800/stay
Boat Security Deposit
$100/rental
  • All prices subject to sales tax.
  • We prefer payments in cash or check, however we will accept your Discover Card, Visa or MasterCard.
  • If you wish to pay with credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total invoice.
  • Guests are responsible for all damages to Weslake Resort property.
  • SORRY, NO CAMPING! - Unfortunately we are not permitted by the State of Minnesota
  • All base lodging charges are to be paid in full upon checkout.
  • Pack N Play, Baby Cribs, High-Chairs available; please reserve in advance
  • Boat rentals permitted only to customers ages 18 years or older

Pet Policy

  • Pet fee: $100/weekly OR $25/nightly for those staying less than a week
     
  • $100 refundable security deposit per pet, per reservation required - please limit to 2 pets (security deposit will be returned after room inspection at check out).
     
  • NO PETS IN THE UNITS without prior approval. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these pet-friendly guidelines:
    • Inside-Barks: Please keep barking to a minimum.
    • Restricted Areas: Pets are not permitted in the swimming area, playground, or office.
    • Clean-Up Courtesy: Clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in a sealed bag.
    • Leash Up: Pets must be on a leash at all times outside your cabin or RV.
    • Vaccinations: All pets must be current on their vaccinations.
    • Furniture for Humans Only: To help keep our cabins clean and allergy-friendly.
    • Do Not Leave Pets Unattended: Unless they are securely placed in a kennel for a short period.
    • Guests are responsible for any damages. We appreciate your care.

Resort Policies

  • Guests use the lake and all resort facilities at their own risk. Swimming, boating, and other water activities are unsupervised, and no lifeguard is on duty.
  • The resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • By accessing the lake or resort grounds, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior.
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNITS: Help keep the air fresh in the units, do your smoking outside of the rental units.
  • Quiet Time:  10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. – no yelling, no door slamming, Quiet around campfires, and no loud music.
  • Use 5 mph. Speed limit while on resort grounds.
  • No fireworks allowed, (with the exception of July 4th only) in accordance to MN State Law.
  • Do not dispose of grease in your drains. Place it in a container, then in a dumpster.
  • Clean all fish in the fish-cleaning house. Dispose of waste in the garbage at fish-cleaning house. Conserve water and turn off lights.
