Sister Resort in Akeley, MN
We have seasonal Cabin Rentals available for the upcoming 2009
summer season at our sister resort in Akeley, MN. This is a
great family getaway that you can get-away to every weekend or
as often as you like. The cabin is yours for the whole summer
but we do all the work.
Cabins
1 Bedroom plus sleeping loft: Recently remodeled 1 bedroom cabin
with 3/4 bath and sleeping loft. This cabin is ideal for a small
family that wants someplace to get away to every weekend. There
is a small deck on the front to enjoy the great outdoors and an
air conditioner for when the outdoors are too hot.
2 Bedroom: Very nice two bedroom cabin with a huge deck for
relaxing on. This cabin is in excellent condition and boasts a
main bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunkbeds.
There is a 3/4 bath and all the modern conveniences of home.
This cabin has an excellent deck for you to relax on that
overlooks that rest of the resort.
2 Bedroom Lakeview: This cabin sits on the small bluff
overlooking the lake. Recently remodeled and in excellent
condition, this cabin offers a bedroom with a double bed,
another with a triple bunkbed, a nice 3/4 bath, and a huge deck
overlooking the lake.
Seasonal Campsites are available with full hook-ups so you can
enjoy the property from the comfort of your own camper.
The Grounds
Enjoy 1.8 acres of nicely groomed parklike setting grounds. A
central family gathering center is available for your use. There
is also a Hot-tub room for the adults and every cabin comes with
its own boat slip for your watercraft.
The Lake
Excellent lake with everything you could ever want. 13.5 feet of
clarity abounds this great fishing/recreational 750 acre lake.
Nice beach area for all to enjoy.
The Area
Only 1/4 mile off the Paul Bunyan biking trail. Heart of the
vacation area. Close to shopping. Many restaurants in the area.
